Invoicing Process

All invoices must reference the following:

  • ATTN: Candance Kirk (Only for invoices in the US)
  • Hiring Manager Name
  • Requisition Number
  • Cost Center Number
  • Position Location
  • Hired Candidate Name

The invoice should be emailed to:
United States – corporateinvoicing@flowserve.com and CC: cajones@flowserve.com
All other countries – The hiring manager’s email and CC: cajones@flowserve.com

ALL inquiries about invoice payment(s) should be directed to apquery_na@flowserve.com
